For referring clinicians

Referring a specimen is three steps

We supply the kits, coordinate the logistics, and return a pharmacist-reviewed result within 24 hours. Here's how it works.

Step 01

Enroll your practice

Complete a brief provider onboarding so we can set up ordering, reporting delivery, and courier or shipping logistics for your location.

Step 02

Collect the specimen

Use the supplied collection kit for the relevant panel. Each kit includes swabs or containers, labels, and a requisition with clear instructions.

Step 03

Receive the result

Results are reported within 24 hours of specimen receipt, with therapy guidance where applicable, delivered through your preferred channel.

Specimen collection

Reporting & interpretation

More than a positive or negative

Every report identifies the organisms detected and the resistance markers present. For panels with a bacterial component, results are reviewed by clinical pharmacists through our partnership with Advanced Therapeutic Assist, who translate detection and resistance data into practical therapy guidance that accounts for the pathogen, its resistance profile, and patient-specific factors such as allergies and comorbidities.
